1. Zero sense of customer service.
2. Rude and unprofessional.
3. False commitment.
4. Underrated employees.
5. Immatured.
6. Not customer centric.
I have a reasoning for everything that I have mentioned above.
Opted for SIP amount got deducted twice. After several follow-up gave up.
Wasted my time, energy and hard earned money.
This time had called to get the SIP redeemed. Due to negligence of the executive and TL it didn't happen. Realised after 10days that it was not initiated by them.
Instead of taking the ownership the executive kept hanging up (believe that what they are jired for). Asked for supervisor instead of trying to d-escalate she told me its out of their working hours and I must call back next morning. Saud not her concern if the backend team failed to redeem and hungup.
Called next morning she (Swaranjali) kept disconnecting. Called another number the executive answered the call but no response. Responded after a 90sec. They kept hanging up. Spoke to a TL about my issue assured me a callback within a min but no call back even after 15 mins.
I lost my money for those 10 days that the HDFC executive failed to do what they were suppose to. All I get is apology. I was suggested to call NSE as my money is with them and they will credit my money on Monday. I want these ppl to answer my query and pay for the stress they bought me.
