★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had gone to enquire about opening new account staff took the contact number have details but the next day staff keeps calling u were supposed to come I had one query I told them they said will check n get back to us n disconnected the line this happen thrice again from different number staff calls to ask the same thing n then disconnect the line means don't understand what is happening n y staff behaviour is like this was very angry with the conversation should take better care while speaking to the customer then I decided not to open account over here management should better look on this .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are imperia or preferred customer, forget that you will be asked for water. A general customer can atleast go and get a glass of of water for itself from.the cooler. But here the housekeeping staff occupies your seats of teh sofa and have a gala time bitching about bank policies and all other gossip. It's not the first time I have experienced. People are so rude that they simply ignore u and not even care why we are there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This HDFC bank branch is located in Khar West. This bank is really good whenever I have visited this branch I have got prompt reply and assistance from the team. Everyone is very helpful to answer all your banking queries, the staff is excellent and very efficient. The bank is spacious and has all the necessary facilities.

LIKE A GOVT BANK NOT LIKE A PRIVATE BANK...THEY NO LONGER CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS....SPECIALLY THE SMALL ACCOUNTS.HDFC BANK IS GOING DOWN. I SUGGEST HDFC BANK. TO WAKE UP AND SMELL THE COFFEE.ITS HIGH TIME. FROM A VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER
