★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a customer of HDFC Bank since 10+ years, best experience so far with bank. I have visited this branch thrice for different work as it's nearby.
I have pathetic experience with the staff and manager here. I last visited there for UPI ID issue but they completely denied to help out. I asked them to register complaint, they keep denying for same too. After repeated requests, the the manager gave me paper to pen down and he assured he will file it and i will receive update about same with complain on my email id but as expected with their behavior - I didn't receive as they would have not registered the complain and must have thrown that paper. They just wasted my time.
They pay no attention and are ignorant. I think Bank need to recruit some nice staff here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very poor service. was inquired for locker, they said, if you can buy a policy of 50K per year for 5 year then only they can give a locker, other wise there is no locker available in the bank. Exact line was - " sir target hai, hamara bhi to kuch fayada hona chahiye na"
Extremely disappointed. BM was good for nothing.
Same day got a locker in Axis.
