I am stuck in a foreign land like Australia without money because of your horrible approach.
I gave all documents and signatures. I confirmed with your executive if anything else is required.
I was assured my bank account at the East Street branch in Pune will be joint so as to operate from India more than one month back.
You will be responsible for losses incurred.
This is mental torture to know i will have no funds due to your irresponsible and incomponent approach.
U tell me today there are descrepancies when i call to inquire. Even if we had approached 2 days ago i would still be stuck.
U do not have a system in place to alert you.
I will go on every platform possible for getting me stuck like this.
Somebody has to pay for this..
I want answers. I hope you have the professionalism to give me answers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There just isn’t enough staff to address customer requirements. Also probably the most complicated website to resolve customer issues. Almost impossible to contact HDFC on phone. Public sector banks are way better....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third class service, they don't even care for the customers and are least bothered about anything, employes are worst than government employees.pray to god you don't see their faces again. Union bank is much much better than this, this bank earns from customers and get salaries from the customers money but they are not treating them only , they are always seen talking on mobile phones and when asked they say it was a customers call. How can the bank employee share their personal numbers with the customers . PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS CAMP BRANCH.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t open an account here because this branch doesn’t know how to serve customers. Reason we still have the account is because my dads currently unwell and we are still sorting out stuff.
The staff doesn’t want to work for the other staff if the guy is not at the desk they will say he is not here I can’t help you keep waiting. The way the print statement is one side up one side down if u need to turn pages like a book u need to complete flip the page upside down. The welcome desk guy doesn’t have a smile and feels like he is doing an obligation may be the first thing they should teach is smile at your customers. I am very happy with the service of State Bank and Maharashtra Bank atleast they value their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow process by staff, for sending mail vl take to whole day,not prepared with stationary items like pages , they vl sit clients for 10-15 minutes and after asking they vl inform printers pages are finished. Very bad experience.
