★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to encash a cheque and had scheduled the visit as per timings checked on Gmaps. After reaching the bank around 03:00 pm, I came to know that the bank is already closed for the day.
Tomorrow is second Saturday so it'll remain closed.
3 days are wasted just because the bank authorities didn't update the changed schedule online.
Kindly update the correct timings to avoid further inconvenience for your customers.
COVID 19 TIMINGS:
MON TO FRI
10:00AM TO 02PM.
2nd and 4th Saturday bank will remain closed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service, very slow and very careless staff. For a simple thing had to visit the branch many times for the same issue. And Service request still in process. Met the branch manager as well as deputy branch manager as well as customer executive. Each time they say issue resolved and send you home. Had to call IVR in Chennai and speak to the team leader and lodge a complaint and force the branch staff to take action. Waste of time and just empty promises. Highly unprofessional and low quality services offered by ICICI Camp branch, Pune.
