They keep the money ($988) with themselves and do not show it in our account for 1 month - against refund of a cancelled order. Then one has to approach their East Street, Camp office and take the pain of making them refund this $988. Till date no action.
Pathetic and painful. They maybe good at keeping money - not refunding it.
Be careful on refund cases as u are likely to have serious pain. By that time $ rates will be unfavorable for you.
I discourage u on Thomas Cook Forex cards - take on your own risk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They gave me an old 50 dollar note that was not accepted anywhere in Bali, Indonesia. It was a headache, I still have the same note. And inspite of complaining about it they is not at all bothered. Worst service provider ever. Dont fall for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My relatives have been using this service for the last 4 years. I would give them 4 stars rating. The major problem with this agency is that they do not keep matters of money transactions confidential. For example if Mr. A receives money they will casually inform MR B on his visit that branch. They may also leak out the amount of money received or sent. In banking one customer is not supposed to know what and how much money or transactions the other customer receives. They have broken my confidentiality. I wrote them a complain but they have not acknowledged or replied as yet. I hope that they improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. In February 2020 we have booked package for Singapore and Malaysia for 6-7 Days. But because of covid-19 situation and already a Orange alert in Singapore we had to cancel the plan on the spot at 3-4 days before and they totally denied to refund the money. and also they sent the hotel details and plan just 2 days before trip. for that also we were begging to sent the plan so we can arrange our thing too.

Not informed by the agent at the time of signing that there would be any inactivity fees.
I explicitly asked them if there would be any extra fees for the card. They said no. You can use it without worry. Only thing to check is if the ATM where I use the card will have costs.
Wrong. They have already charged me around 4000 Rupees in the last 6 months. Every month 6.99 USD and to top that 1.26 USD GST = 8.25 USD (600+ INR). And they steal the money quietly without even giving any kind of reminder that they are deducting money.
They have a good business model, loot their own customers so that they don't return again.
Would have appreciated if the staff had not lied.
STAY AWAY FROM THEM! CHECK GOOGLE AND YOU WILL FIND SIMILAR REVIEWS BY OTHERS!
