★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service..... I opened my saving account 6 month ago ..and yet i have not received my ATM card ... I'm waiting for last 6 months..is this a joke ...staff is not cooperating ... Worst service I have ever seen .. I visited bank 10 times in this 6 months Every time they say come after 15 days ...plzzz suggest where can I request Punjab and sind bank this branch ...this is ridiculous ..can I complaint to RBI regarding this ? Plz suggest me

At last I am unable to use my account and money as no ATM, no internet banking

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bank with worst service provided. They took more than 6 months just for my new atm card. Staff always forgets their work or to forward our forms further and then give reasons and delay the whole process.
