Please avoid opening an account or even asking queries at this branch. All the employees who sit here are highly incompetent, unprofessional, rude and arrogant. Had a bad experience where one of the so called personal banker (Mr. Riyaz MK)(photo attached) had the audacity to use abusive words and threaten me, who is a customer. Have never come across such an unprofessional person.The surpring fact is that the other employees also supported him. Although the branch manager Ms.Sheeba was helpful. This branch is a disasterous one. Avoid it at all cost.
The level to which hdfc has gone down is appaling.
P.S - the ATM machine at this branch is not handled by the branch. Any error or technical difficulty due to which your transaction fails, the branch wouldn't take responsibility and claim that it's handled by a third party.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bank ever, they mispelled my name in the bank account even after providing government identification and now for a name change I have to provide them with I'd of the incorrect name. I am closing my account as well as intimating my company to close all their accounts as well.

Worst experience. Wish I could even rate them lower. Have lost so much because of them. Don't open an account with them.
It's been three weeks since they've been telling that my current account wil be ready the next two days. Everytime I follow up I get an excuse. The staff went on vacation, there was a form change, there were bank holidays, I was not well, and you name it.
I've incurred a lot of penalty from my suppliers, my goods are stuck at custom and they are not cleared, my GST returns have been postponed and I'm paying fines. But they don't bother. It's me who has to follow up everytime with them, call them, again call them, message them, whatsapp them, and then be ignored for days.
Waah life ho toh aisi !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service from this branch ... Manager doesn't even wish to know why account has been Blocked for all transactions... He blindly says visit your home branch where as domlur was my home branch and I travelled from Vellore to Bangalore to check what happened. Worst service... am changing my salary account to ICICI Bank now . Will never ever turn back ?
