★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actual rating is minus/negative at least 0 but google can't even think like this bank. Horrendous treatment for customer. High interest rates, unfriendly, pathetic process, none to reach out, extremely stupid methods for piling up interests, never answers LL, customer care responds in 5 working days only if the customer is the lucky on on the planet, highly and strongly non recommending, beware of brokers who suggest this option for any loan that's a red flag, once you are in the system its all red flags. Salaried people beware of this you will suffer like me for years. Every paper needs 15 working days to get to the system and god knows when it come to the customer and one have to pay interest for these days no matter what. surely you will get an haunting experience for a decade or more as I am going through this even after you wanted to close loan with upfront charges. I think who are reading this are wise enough to make a decision and only go for nationalized banks.

They are neither reducing the interest rate nor providing any conversion option even though other banks are providing the interest rate of upto 6.7% for new loan as well as existing loan during this pandemic. Also it is difficult to contact this branch. Both numbers are not reachable on all days. Dabba bank. Better to avoid PNB Housing.
