Advertising Company you should definitely avoid as a client and employee!! It is quite evident that a lot of ambitious, hard working millennials such as myself are taken advantage of thanks to the glorious age of Start Ups! And things tend to get on the worse side when it is handled by a bunch of amateurs, who expect the best while they slack, shrugging it off calling it "team work." I joined this firm with a lot of hope and ambition, I worked hard, stayed back everyday post 9.30-10 PM when our work timings were from 9.30 AM-7.30 PM. I stayed back intentionally because I am hard working, I worked my lunch hours so I could finish early but I would be made to stay back, making me spend 10-11hrs every day at this firm. I know advertising is difficult and I was all up for it, except I was there even when I was NOT needed. I didn't let any of that bother me until my potential was questioned(Apparently my work wasn't good enough yet, I see my copy work on their client's site/social media at present). I was the only copywriter at this firm with about 6/7 different clients(BIG NAMES) under an array of copy requirements. They questioned the legitimacy of my work because I stood up for myself. After offering me a salary of 35k INR(Mutual agreement), they offered me a revised salary of 15k. I was hurt and felt incredibly insulted, yet I tried to be civil with them and expressed my love for the company and told them how I couldn't do this job with the revised pay as it barely took care of my bills. They didn't take it well and even refused to pay me for the months I worked for, eventually transferring only 15k to my account after endless mails and messages. They owe me an amount of 20k which is pending, which I don't they think they will even clear because they are extremely entitled for a start up. All I can say is, please do not join this firm if you are an ambitious and hard working individual, the team specially both the CEO and CFO's are extremely ignorant and incompetent when it comes to executing. They will never appreciate your potential, but will continue to mint money from big companies while they spend their days at work watching Youtube videos. Management: Don't expect your employee to be a professional when you are the one treating them like an incompetent child who has no idea of his/her surroundings. P.S Don't encourage bullying inside a workplace, it's unprofessional and really questions your moral as a team and company. P.S The designers are an absolute pleasure to work with. They are extremely talented, hence the 2 stars on this review.
