It's been close to a month since i began the opening of my 'wealth management' account , i am yet to get a debt card and internet banking details. One needs to constantly follow-up with my so called relationship manager and worst, i have been requesting to close the same but to no avail. This is a perfect example of what's wrong with banking in India. Complete lack of integrity towards their work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not happy with the staff. They are not concerned about customer satisfaction. This is my home branch, but still the staff says to go to other nearby branches and other bank branch people are not ready to help as that is not the home branch. If a customer visits a bank during emergency situations, it becomes very inconvenient to travel to al the branches and not get help at any bank branch.
Had a very bad experience. Don't know why these people do sitting in office when they can't help their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My account is freezed due to non payment of my credit card bill but unfortunately I couldn't make the payment on time because I had an accident and lost the job, it is ok that is my personal problems, my credit card payment was 19 thousand some change they asked me to make the payment of 30200 because I made the late but now account still in freezed status I asked why they ask me to visit near by branch I visited domlur branch they asked to visit indrangar branch and they asked me to visit bommanahalli branch and they asked to visit malleshpalya branch they askes me call customer care I called customer care spoke to raja executive and manager pritham and he transfered the call to collection department and I spoke to suman sagar and asked to visit near by branch I do no is these guy think still am jobless or some thing from past three week am back of it and I have have my money in my account and am not able withdraw my money
