★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst banking experience and transferring my account from this branch. Employees of this branch are unprofessional and completely ignorant about there own bank procedures.
Why unprofessional? While they are acknowledging me as privileged customer, my relationship manager ( two actually, first person might left this branch already) does not bother to reply my mail or whatsapp message. Not even acknowledge after receiving message. I only get call asking for new funds or get promotional mails.
Why ignorant? I had issue with my credit card which is not delivered to me and I'm following up on that since last February. Bank has no clue about the card issue or how to track it.Due to there ignorance I had to pay additional interest on my credit while till now I haven't got the card.
Latest incident was, I visited this branch to close demat. It was mentioned in website that the movement needs to happen only through branch but there I was given a mail id and bank person told me to send mail as it has to be done through email. I send mail and got reply that the transfer will happen through bank, it can not be done through email.
Seriously, I am not going to visit this branch. I had very good relationship with HDFC since 2008 in other cities and entire good experience spoiled due to multiple misleading and erroneous treatment of my account by this branch. I had many other pathetic experiences while dealing through this branch.
Friends, if possible avoid this branch.
HDFC Bank, seriously consider improving service quality of this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good customer support. There is no relationship manager whom you can reach out for help. Also they try cross selling without giving correct information about the product just to increase their sales. Not a good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I visit this branch because yesturday night some amount deducted from my account . after i visit this branch the reception girl simply behave badly and i ask can i know why amount is deducted she told me you can call call support toll free after all things good . i am also froont office manager i never get this type service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very unprofessional branch of HDFC trying to bring down the image of HDFC as a competitive banker.When i approached for a home loan,one of its sales personnal mentioned that the loan will get sanctioned for sure in maximum 10 working days however after a week i didnt get any feedback or response after repeated emails .When i didnt get any reply i sent a whatsapp message to one of its employee asking for the reason for the same,the reply was very rude and came up saying to mind my language..i would like to know whether asking for review or reason for the delay is anywhere concerned with language issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service provided by the HDFC bank employees. Very unprofessional and arrogant to the customers. Delayed in providing solution to the request raised in the bank. My account closing request is still pending with the sector 5 branch for 1 and half years. My account dues kept on increasing due to the consolidated charges

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Banks are like necessity, if they don't serve, you need them. Same happened with me. Waiting for my turn to serve from next 15 minutes, no reply, told to wait. If person is on leave your work is getting on hold.... I am waiting for better competition in this industry...They will talk to you very sweetly when you go to open account after that it's disastrous. After this review a message will come to improve service still nothing happens...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Very poor performance from this (Sector V, Salt Lake, Kolkata) branch. Professionalism does not exist in this Bank. Customer had not submitted any Nominee Deletion from account. But this branch itself has deleted Customer Nominee from Customer's bank account.
2. My FD maturity instruction was auto renewal, but on the day of maturity, the FD disappeared from my account. It had neither renewed nor was appearing in my account.
