★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady at the front is not worth to be sitting at the help desk . She doesn't even look at the customers and talks to others but not the customers. She assumes that we are some kind of beggars standing there. I have seen her behaving badly with customers who can't speak fluent English....she should understand we save our money in the bank which gave you a pitying job because of the customers.I hope certain action is taken on her reminding her place she should understand that she isn't the manager of the bank .
