β β β β β Pathetic staff. This branch's staff don't know basic stuff and expect the customer to guide them through the process.
The person who was working my case thinks that the full form of GBP is United Kingdom Pound and that one Paisa is equal to one pence.
Finally, they didn't do what I requested of them. I wanted a Balance certificate in the format required by a university. They argued It's not possible to do so. But other branches are doing this on request without irritating the customer.
They wasted hours of my time for a simple letter.
Pathetic branch. zero management skills and no customer values.
