★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bank branch has all the facilities like Remittances at a good exchange rate. Ample parking space for the bank customers (V3S mall backside parking a preferred option). Helpful staff who guides you with a smile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst HDFC Bank branches. The senior employees are idling most of the time and not interested to make effort to solve any issue. Very defensive and blame either the customers or their HQO for all issues. Need couple of year’s continuous training on customer orientation so that they become at par with staff at other PSU banks such as SBI.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place also have Adhar center .... Visited this place couple of weeks back..... not for bank related work...... but to get Adhar card updation.
But even after having online appointment I have to go there 3 times ... Very first time staff was not available he was on leave ....
second time que was very long we were asked to come next day morning
and third time we went in the morning and got the details updated after wating for 3 hours outside the bank, But to mention security person at entrance was quite helpful...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever... He (Mr. Nitesh) Cashier has Changed my Rs. 500/- note with the faulty Note and said that this is given by me.
I insist to show me the Camera recording then he clearly denied to show the recording.
I lost 500/-. He is doing forgery at bank.

I strongly suggest you to not open the account with this Bank or atleast from this branch.
I open a current account in this branch. At the time of opening the staff were very polite and promised that they are best in services. But the day my account was opened their behaviour was changed totally. My calls went unanswered. When I call them from unknown number they picked up and after knowing it was me asking for the services which I was promised to be served, they just hang up the call. Many time I asked them for my net banking but they are not willing to do anything with that. I also visited the branch and signed the forms but after some day they said we don't have any form or you don't submitted any. I can't mention the name of staff as they are females but they are very unprofessional and ethic less. They proved their lackadaisicalness towards their work. When I asked them the email id of their manager they are not ready to provide the same. Its been a longtime but my issue is not resolved till day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Branch is located at vikas marg, Laxmi nagar. Security guard was warned me to wear a mask but actually staff was not wear the mask including branch manager. May be all the covid protocols are applicable for customer not staff. 3 counter was avilable to deposit the cash but only 1 was used don't know. They don't guide the customer properly. Cleaning was okey but staff was not polite & helping.
