★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst banking experience. Tha branch manager Mr. Ravi Kapoor, being into a service industry doesn't really know how to service clients. Forget about servicing, he seemed so impolite and rude to its own customers, I really felt like slapping him and teach him basic mannerism, if only I could stoop down to his level. People like Ravi Kapoor only brings a bad name to the banking industry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst banking experience. I blame the day my office recommended salary account opening in such third class bank. Forget about the customer care staff, or sales staff, what bothered me was the rude & impolite service desk staffs at branch. I am already a service person, and I rarely visit branch. I never knew one time visit to a branch would be so pathetic. The staffs starting from the low grade as cashier to the Branch head, Ravi, everyone seems to have an attitude even worse than a public sector employee. The branch head acted as though I was a servant working at his house and wanted an advance from him. Such was his attitude. I am impatiently waiting for the day my office HR shifts the entire banking to other better bank that at least respects their customers.
