★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE FROM THEM. After selling the product there is no after sales. EVEN IF YOU HAVE AN AMC THEY WILL NOT SEND PERSON FOR SERVICE UNTIL YOU CHASE AND KEEP REMINDING THEM. TOTALLY NON PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE. STAY AWAY FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Regret to state that despite various requests, they have not provided the signed copy of invoice no. 657 towards purchase of kitchen chimney and revised warranty certificate corresponding to the above mentioned invoice no.
Even M/s Glen India has no control on it.

I AM USING GLEN CHIMNEY, TAKEN AMC LONG TIME BACK. BUT FROM PAST 6MONTH NOBODY IS VISITING MY PLACE. MAKING EXCUSE EACH & EVERY TIME.
I WAS A PROUD CUSTOMER OF GLEN BUT DUE TO THIS 6 MONTHS I SUFFERED A LOT & STILL SUFFERING.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. Nobody connects. Incase you are able to connect, they don't respond or serve the customer back. Have been trying to get a chimney serviced from the last 15 days and their team is all ready with excuses of not sending the guy after charging for the AMC. Worst people ever, do not buy anything from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It took more than 30 hours to get item delivered at home after full upfront payment, that too after constant follow up on phone. Very poor in terms of service standards. I bought Glen Gas Stove only because it was told that service standards of Glen are very good. But the start was very poor.
The product was delivered and later, IGL connection was done by some other person as the delivered product was defective.
Once the gas stove was made operational, there was inconsistent noise coming from burners. Some burners are too loud some are fine.
Overall, service quality was poor. Product is ok. Price was competitive given my brand choice was restricted to Glen. Nothing is premium/upto my expectation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently bought a cooktop from here. I was having troubles installing on my own so they sent the installation guys within few minutes. Amazing buying and service experience. Our gas regulator was faulty, so they lent us their own to use untill we got new one from gas agency. Neeraj Sharma in ther staff, who looks after sales as well service, was actively working on the case and helped us out and made the process seamless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Madhu misbehaves with her Customers. They lie and when they are exposed for their lie and miscommunication they misbehave with the Customers. I request Glen India to take away their Dealership if you really dont want to loose your customers.I wish I would have gone thru the previous google reviews and cud have avoided them.
