Misinformation about delivery date i.e. said that it will be delivered within 2 days but recieved it very late on 3rd day.
Communicated late to IFB service point for technician request, because of which installation delayed by 1 day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice company showroom. Knowledgeable staff and Suraj is good. We bought IFB 8 kilo washing machine. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 for few reasons
1. Steep stairs to enter. Not elderly or handicap friendly
2. The delivery won’t happen same day as product is shipped from warehouse and can take 2-3 days
3. Installation is next day after delivery
4. Make sure you have a Power plug point and tap installed before delivery
5. Stand, filter and cover are offered on installation day and they cost Rs 4000 extra

Delayed the delivery of my washing machine for 3 days and even after much delay the product I received was defective. Machine had dents and scratches on the body. The technician forced me to buy IFB stand (Rs. 1500) else denied to provide after sales service. I immediately called and asked the Lakshmi Nagar branch representative for the refund and he asked me to wait for 5 days before providing any solution. They are fraudsters. Do not fall in there trap, better visit some other brand outlet and save ur money from these fraudsters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2nd replacement of dish washer is also sent broken. Dont check machine before sending. Horrible IFB. This is Neptune Sx1 model and IFB is ready for refund. Howcome we accept refund when modular setup according to size is already made.
Who will pay for civil work.
Edit: after 2 weeks, they did replacement quickly and engineer did come promptly.
Machine is running fine.
So their Service part is good though their transport department is not good.
I am increasing star rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited IFB POINT ( LAXMI NAGAR DELHI) BRANCH, to purchase Fluff and descale.
I asked owner/agent(ROHIT SINGH) give me fluff, first he denied saying he don't have stock then he acted like to make some call and said you'll get fluff in 15 minutes but you've to take it on road (means outside store) - I asked him why not in store - he said take on road otherwise he'll not give any discount ( THERE IS SERIOUS FRAUD HE IS DOING MAY BE BY GIVING FAKE PRODUCT) OTHERWISE why not giving in store.
Also he demanded advance cash without giving product.
Second when I asked for descale he gave me( misprinted packet) which your agent once told me are hallmark of fake product. When I denied misprint product he tried to convince me by saying he'll give extra discount if I buy these.
This is a serious fraud and diminishes our trust, please whoever authorised take action against it.
