The employees themselves are not aware about the products and offerings and make false commitments to customers regarding returns on their investment products. I'd been here for surrender of my ULIP policy and their personal banker (Mr. Shiv) made numerous statements which were even contradicting the original policy document!!! DO NOT VISIT FOR ANY INVESTMENT RELATED QUERY. EMPLOYEES ARE LEAST EDUCATED AND AWARE.

I got message from hdfc that my credit card is delivered to Vishrantwadi branch, when I visited branch the behavior of that lady was very rude on counter number one. She said you have received message but have you received call from me to collect credit card then I shown below message to that lady.
Dear Customer, Your HDFC Bank Credit Card has got delivered at VISHRANTWADI branch, Pl visit the branch during business hrs with original photo id and Address proof to collect it within 7 days.
After reading this message she said the same thing that when we will call you after that you have to come to branch & collect your credit card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic customer service. I have applied for my son minor account, representative there informed me it will open within 4 days. Took 10000 rs. From me and no any acknowledgment given. I am waiting now its more than 2 weeks but no any communication to me no sms no email from bank. When I call representative she is not picking up my calls... so Again I
need to visit bank for my money and their irresponsible customer support.
And email.addess which you provided is undeliverable. Error is coming as talkto8s mail ox is not available or found at HDFc.
