My father prefer to go area colony branch than above branch
Every time I deposit the cheque it will take more time than the other branch
All though I am classic customer and having 4 hdfc account from different branch luckily...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bank service is pathetic. I requested for changing my savings account to salaried account but the status is same after a month too. Sitting at a city they assume customer as fools. One of their associate says an account once converted into savings never converts into salaried account

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I applied for salaried account first time directly on hdfc bank site and second time reference from my company. I get account details immediately when I applied from reference. I want to know how can I drop my application which I had done directly. Will it create two account with same name?
Do I have to visit the bank for kyc as video kyc is not able to done virtually.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience. Mr Akash was the first person I spoke to when I entered. The way he greeted and handled my concerns was Amazing. Helped me with all the information regarding opening a new Savings Account. As I wasn't carrying all the required documents he came to collect it from my home which made it even more easier for me. He followed up with the activities on my account and As soon As the formalities were done he personally visited and handed over the passbook to me. very smooth service. friendly Staff especially Mr Akash. his way of communication and his helping nature really made me feel good to be a part of HDFC going forward.
