★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hdfc credila is one of the best platform for education loan. Wow it was so smooth like in 10-15 days of online process everything is done on your fingertips. Really amazed by the soothing process, and especially thanks to UJJAL BANERJEE Sir from the branch, he was so helpful in the entire process. He helped me at each stage and you don’t have to run here and there for govt banks and request them to please give education loan. Hdfc itself comes and guide you at the each step.
Note:- There is no big difference in the interest rate of govt and private platform.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son Shivaji Ray Chaudhuri is currently doing M.S. in Data Science from The University of Manchester, one of the top-ranking universities of the world. He could fulfill his cherished dream only because of financial support from HDFC CREDILA. The application process started during the peak of 2nd wave of COVID 19 in India. Online queries were sent to State Bank, ICICI bank and HDFC CREDILA. SBI did not bother to respond. ICICI proved to be too bureaucratic, unfriendly to applicants and insensitive to timelines of requirements. HDFC CREDILA also asked for a lot of documents as per requirement of the sanction process but I noted and appreciated the intention of the processing team of CREDILA to help the applicants, get the loan sanctioned and disbursed on time as per University timelines. My special appreciation goes to Mr. Debasish Saha, Sales Manager HDFC CREDILA, Kolkata for his cooperation to overcome various constraints in our side, fast processing of the application and timely disbursement of the loan installments so that Shivaji can pursue his studies without any financial worries and make us and his motherland India proud for his streak of best performance there. It was possible only for HDFC CREDILA.

Loan processing had been done within few days, so was the loan closure. They may have some communication issues but people will listen to the grievances and will try their best to help you. All these hassle free services justify the slight higher interest rate if you value the customer service experience as well.
