★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was promised and told something else on the call and I was informed that there will be a top up loan 6months later. After 6 months when I applied for it, they went back on their words and said we never said something like this. They twisted the words in the sanction letter and forced me to give additional collateral and I had to because my fees was due and deadline for payment would come.
They also increased my interest rate.
Mr Nilanjan Chaudhary was the one who went back on his word and sold the loan product under false pretenses and this is deficiency in service. I will take this up now further ahead.
Mr. Kaushik has been very helpful throughout the process and has guided me in a proper manner. I appreciate his intent and efforts.
Mr. Nilanjan Chaudhary doesn’t respond to calls for weeks and doesn’t reply to texts and went back on his word in front of his senior.
For a student under the risk of not being able to sit in an exam I was arm twisted and I couldn’t do anything about it.
There are a couple or more students who have the exact same story. We will collectively take this up.

Avanse was really flexible in making financing my education easy for me. The process to avail a loan was easy and mode of payment is flawless with no pain. Everything has been done through sitting comfortably in home. I just had to visit the branch only one time for signing agreement papers. Sushanta Bhaduri Sir and Sangita Ma'am was very helpful they had assists me throughout the whole process and cleared my doubt every time without any hesitation. I would always be grateful to them. Due to some problems in my father's cibil, my loan got rejected from the bank. Avanse was my one and only hope to get an education loan. Avanse believe that it is every students' right to get an proper education and fulfilling their aims. and approved my loan on the basis of my profile.
