No response at all.. trying to do prepayment since 3 months but everytime security says staffs not there or come other day.. seriously don't know what to do...no phone number of manager provided too...if possible pls share a way how to reach manager or do prepayment online by giving the link...it's seriously annoying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Irresponsible people . People dont know the process.Indirect processing fees they are asking more. Because of this branch you people spoiling the brand name of HDFC. Worst people seeing in my lifetime. Same problem happen for colleagues as well.im preferred customer for HDFC bank. Because of this home loan I suffered lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Covid safe protocols such as Social distancing, hand sanitizers, and face masks are followed.
It was less crowded and has around 9 separate counters to address the customers. It located on the main road so easy to find it. It is on the first floor above ujjivan small finance bank and besides to Ramraj cotton showroom. It has no seperate car parking so you have to park on the road. There is enough space to park two-wheelers. I am yet to know about the customer sevice as we are availing a loan for the first time. Revised working hours: 9:30 AM - 4:00 pm as on 31st aug 2020

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not even a single star rating is eligible. Irresponsible and know ledge less manager and his team. Don't know how bank has appointed such staff, which is spoiling bank name completely. Home loan process repeating again and again due knowledge less staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Home loan agents are very irresponsible, today i got a call from kumar one of the Home loan in hosur, and he said one of the home loan documents got missed which he kept in his vichele.And like this i had many worst experiences with them, also highlighted about this issue with the bank manager, i don't know sort of information will be taken

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No process knowledge for the executives. Always dont give clarity for our doubts. Always talk like Politicians.
For Loan Pre-payment they charge simple interest which is common everywhere. but, they will not tell at which date if you pay you can reduce/ not to pay simple interest.
For PMAY scheme, they have messed up and later told Iam not eligible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely people working there are of no use.... Mr.Sathish, Manager he won't pick up the calls nor won't let you in to meet him... Staffs are unaware of things going on, comparatively less knowledge .... Learnt that it's always safer to deal with government banks...
