★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always take loan from goverment bank. They are lazy but helpful when you are in trouble. These private bank will start sending recovery agents if you fail to pay your EMI. Avoid private banks... i am also a victim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks prem meena ji for providing me the excellent service,I am an existing customer of HDFC, hence I took the home loan from HDFC Limited, , they gave me 8.40% of per annum its a floating one. The paper work was hassle free, I got the door step service within 10days.they completed the process.

Never Value your time, unnecessary delay in process create panic situation for any customer.

Wastages of time, as they don't bother about you and your concerns.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ask your employee to behave properly ,be calm, give answer politly. They are not doing our work on free of cost ..staff ( her) behave was so rude.
I can see similar comment was written from last 1-2 year.no action was taken. Nothing improvement..as i can say.. reply on comment is formality only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service provided by HDFC Bank is very poor. It doesn't at all look like a private bank. The staff at the branch is unresponsive and even the customer care tells that they will call back but no one calls. I have tried to solve my EMI related issues since last three months but because of the unprofessional attitude of the staff the issue has still not been resolved. I am seriously thinking of transferring my home loan to some other bank.
