★ ★ ★ ★ ★ wrost Branch. Every Time Bank server is not working. how can bank help own customer, i reach bank many times but server is always down, i am very disappointed. i can't aspect this kind of wrost service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not take loan from Capital first, because if any one pay installment by paytm or other payment gatway way before the last date . than they are bounce your installment and add 1200/- for bounce charge.
Without any reason. I have a proff for that.
I am a Customer of Capital first from 27 feb 2017, take a 2 wheels loan loan id :- 10127301
. and due date 5 every month, in this january 2018 i have pay from paytm 4 jan 11:08 am. But they added 400/- and same is feb month , they add 800/- charge for bounce. Now my Account showing 1200/- due to charge.
I contact Capital first they not give me response for any reason.
So i will requested to any one not prefer Capital first , really i am so sad.
Please prefer any bank if possible government bank. Not private company.
My other home loan from Microfinance they are not good . any private company added hidden charge without any reason.
If any one want prof of my side than contact me. I will send you with screen shot.
Paytm pay to Capital first before due date.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was applied a PL which is preapproved and paperless formality and my loan has been senction on 6th feb'18 which loan number is 14231234 but still my loan amount isn't credited in my bank account. Can any one solve this complaint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wrost finana e company which I have seen. Employees are not professionals and also customer support are not good as well as they deduct your EMI after completing your loan or folio closure.
