โ โ โ โ โ Please don't take loan from this branch. Branch manager(Mr.Sourish Chatterjee ) is a cheat person. Till the time loan is not disbursed, he will help you in all the way possible. Once it is disbursed, he will not even recognize you, neither will reply to your phone/email. I have logged a complaint against the Branch manager in consumer forum, resolution is due.

1. did not process the loan for more than 60 days.
2. Collection of tittle deed from developer is pending for more than 3 months.
3. Absolutely irresponsive.

โ โ โ โ โ My one year was wasted. This particular branch can only add to your time wastage and harassment. We pay an amount during home loan application for their effort. In my case, they did not take the responsibility, I used to visit the branch personally, each responsible person routed me towards another person. In the end they just sat with my file for over one year. And they asked me to reapply as the application timed out paying the same amount again.
