★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic and extremely irresponsible LPG provider. No means to get in touch with the center if there's any form of complaints or issues which needs to be raised. The number either turns up busy or they deliberately let the calls go unanswered.
Imagine a scenario where the LPG line in your home is leaking and you are at your wits end regarding what to do and end up calling these folks. Don't even think about getting an answer back or some help needed to resolve this serious and life threatening situation.
Neither do they have any dedicated portal for lodging complaints. As long as they can get their hands on the money in your pocket they are more than happy with providing non existent and negligent customer support which sooner or later will result in a serious accident and maybe even loss of life.
