β β β β β Staff is just not interested to guide you properly.. So much delay at every step. Registration machine for token took around 15 mins. No one was interested about the issue. Not at all customer friendly.. Treats customer who comes for loan in such a way that this bank is doing so much favour on you. No supervision on their behaviour. Guys wake up, ppl do have other options.. Customers are paying huge interests on the loans.
Staff which us well mannered, willing to serve the customers in better, polite way, sharp and prompt in service is required. Poor service is denigrating banks reputation.

β β β β β The service here is satisfactory, though i feel slight improvement is needed.
The managers here do attend customers but not so quick. I had been on Saturday as the office opened at 10 am and i was the 1st customer, still i had to wait for almost 30 minutes for my call.
I hope they consider. Rest being on 1st floor and exactly opposite to wadia ?, the location is great and can be reached from azad nagar β station.

β β β β β Worst branch spoiling HDFC name. For small enquiries too we need to wait for hrs. Then you get token and you need to spend another couple of hrs. Slow staff and lengthy procedures.

β β β β β I went for the loan enquiry at this branch of Hdfc on 29th November and there was this executive whom i asked about the same and she directly refused hearing the loan amount she is directly saying that i cannot get a loan.. I asked her if i have any other options or ways she said no. Atleast these people could have helped me with the rate of interest. Im very upset with the quality of service and the amount of interest these people show in giving loan and helping people.

β β β β β Currently undergoing an exhausting loan application process. They have assigned some guy with broken English to look after my loan application. The people at the branch themselves mock him and call him a liar behind his back. How is any of this professional? This branch doesn't answer their landline. Emailed the entire team who sits in this branch but not one of them replied. The branch is unresponsive. And the entire HDFC Home Loans company is slow, lethargic and unorganized in general. If you are planning on a home loan, be very careful in choosing the bank or NBFC. HDFC seemed like a trusted name but I'm not so sure anymore.
