The HDFC home loan bank. Not provide a good service...waiting period is almost 1-2 hours and after that also no washroom facility....asked to go to ground floor from second....and washroom at ground floor is at worst conditions no toilet seats proper no ...all in damaged condition also no aldrops to toilet door.....in this pandamic no hand wash available in toilet....no water for drinking also in bank.....this is HDFC serving to their customers...worst service ...also not giving proper data....you show lots of dream to people through your advertisement and gives a worst service after taking loan ....

Its a sincere request for bankers who seek for home loan to please not opt for HDFC. I was given a promise of 7-10 days and that atleast I’ll get a sanction letter but its been 20 days and yet i have not received the sanction letter. Apart from the executive no one will respond to your messages or calls you will wind up calling/ emailing the people above executive without any luck. Its a trap please dont fall for it. This feedback is for loan seekers who expect loan process to be timely. People who can wait for a month and even above that can rely on HDFC without any doubts

Since there is no option to select No Star, I need to give 1 star. No work ethics and poor customer management. Receptionist is bias and give preference to agents who get the customers to the bank home loan. Normal customers need to wait for hours to complete simple document verification. Manager Nazneen Antalia should guide the staff and make them pro active to handle customer documentation. NRI customer pls be aware before you visit the branch make sure you take prior appointment to save your time

Had gone to this office regarding a deposit claim. Requested to use ladies washroom. The women were extremely rude and arrogant and flatly refused. This is against women's rights by law

Breeding ground for Covid. Their own officials are roaming without the mask and needless to say the customers too as no one is here to check. I had to literally raise my voice but I could still see their own employees shameless attending people without a mask and then we blame the Government for not doing their duties where we ourselves fail to do our basic duties.
