★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyday the money depositing machine is not working and cash not accepting at cash counter,cash counter lady see the queue front of deposit machine but not try to help the account holder, every dat the depositing machine having internet problem but ATM machine working properly, please shut down the branch or change the bank worker to get better review

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are non trained and do not know policy. Staff only know to harass customer. One staff Rakhi Kumari did not accepted documents which are as per ICICI document list she do not have any knowledge. Alongwith Rakhi, Komal also do not have knowledge. They need training.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to ICICI bank kamala mills branch for checking the details of zero balance savings account but i was told i will have to deposit a cheque worth ₹ 10,00,000 to open this account. Later on i can withdraw it but I am imagining what is the sense of 0 balance savings account if we have to invest a lot even for once!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to change my bank account name. I have submitted both pan and adhaar card copy also, still my account name not changed. Bank staff told it take 2 to 3 days for processing. But same issue I have with my canara bank account but they solved in a same day with not much hectic process. I have to update in my epfo site. Not satisfied with their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite a customer facing staff of at least 10, there are just 1-2 individuals actually working and attending customers. If you even approach the others, they redirect you to these select hard working employees. Wonder how this branch functions when these efficient employees are away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are nothing but cheats, to close one small loan, they have been making me run to and fro. Won’t close the loan despite my man standing there and asking to close it. Keep charging me interest and harassing me. Pathetic bunch of people.
