★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HDFC Home loans is on the 1st floor above Bank of Maharashtra. It is opposite BMC T ward office around 10 mins away from Mulund West railway station. Staff is kind, polite and helpful and caters to its customers needs. It is usually crowded throughout the day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They charge on prepayment of loan is on float rate so they increase the interest rate at their will but when it comes to reduce the rate of interest, they charge us to do that. They are rude.. No use of complain to any department as loan is already taken.

I went here last monday for offline floor plan submition and staff stated that technical will done by 2days but now next monday has come and there is no solution to hdfc limited-mulund branch, sales executive-soham. Hoping that they will provide me best service in future.
Waiting period to meet exexutive atvthis venue is more than 2hours as well as no proper guidance and solution of client.
They don't have client value as they are working as goverent empoyee

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 0 star for HDFC limited. Worst bank. Only give best interest rate initialy, but later on increase without consent. And also charging for interest rate revision. Misusing repo rate changes. Just looting their customers. Stay away from such cheating finance institutions
