★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having been spoilt by private banks like HDFC and ICICI, I find this branch very slow and inefficient. However, I found the Devidayal road branch very efficient and friendly. So the issue is not with the bank but the branch. Perhaps overloaded for their efficiency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst services for NRI section. They just don't bother reverting on emails or phones. Phones keep ringing but no one bothers to answer, by chance if you are extremely lucky to get thru the board, the NRI section doesn't bother answering the call. How the he'll is one supposed to get thru to them. I have been chasing them for last 2 months and I am still at a big "0"
If possible I would rate them "minus 100"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s worst than a government office. You can see a long queue of old people for updating ones passbook. This bank is still living in its 70s era where people wait hrs and hrs for everything. What a waste of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bank experience I have ever had and I decided to close my account and open one in another bank. The employees don’t even want to work here and have some weird attitude towards customers and can’t do any work quick they have to take hours and hours for one work even after that , they don’t know how to do it properly. Will advise anybody to not open their account here as you will regret it soon enough.
