no-cooperation movement for last 13 months...don't even have chair for Coustemer to sit forget about senior citizens they have to stand for 2hr in line for their work to be done ..many time cashier have given bad words to banks Coustemer.all the chair r keept for social distancing instead of a rope they have kept chairs ment for Coustemer to sit..Coustemer r forced to stand.and the manager looks on from his ac cabin sitting on chair ..senior citizens ( aged of his mother and father ) stand without ac for 2 hr in line .people with even little commonsense would let them have chair.what education they have received is beyond my imagination or anyone's

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The syndicate bank is worst be careful Atm Theft are there and no gurantee of our money Fraud by atm theft, be careful clone card makers use our cards in this atm mulund branch, no cctv properly arrange, I lost my 50k from fraud atm by clone cards no safe atm.
No branch Manager available every time I visit to complain, no cooperation by staff also, engineer also not available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is not at all good and ATM services is also not working. And staff is not good at talk also. Process is very slow. If u issue chq it get minimum 4 5 days to clr it. Watchman is better than staff and helpful and kind in nature. It's better to ask the watchman rather than a staff. And if one or two staff are absent there is no substitute over that work. Kindly solve such problems and specially the ATM machines.

I am holding account in this branch since 1992, ATM And cash deposit machines are rarely working. Less staff with owner burden. Few of staff are very co operative and few are behaving like govt.office bearer.one lady branch manager is never in mood to help customer.fed up with this branch

Employees and supporting staff members are good in nature.
Their printer is always not printing/working due to technical issue (i.e not working only for customers :P).
