★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In my 7-8 years of getting hands and legs waxed, this one was definitely the worst. The lady was literally dropping blobs on wax on my legs before spreading it. Told her several times it's too hot and that she's burning me. The owner who's a kind lady told the one doing my legs to spread a thin layer of wax, but as I said she just wasn't able to. Missed so many patches of hair and even more spots of wax on my legs and told me to take a hot shower to get the wax off. The wax is now stuck to my clothes as well.
Pathetic service by this lady (her name Simran), I went to the salon because the owner is nice and professional. Hope they remove Simran.
