β β β β β Worst bank ever. Internet banking and mobile banking does not work. Irrational limits set on NEFT and RTGS which makes it impossible to transfer amount greater than 15,000. Customer care is worst and not trained at all. You will regret if you open account with NKGSB.

β β β β β My dad has been the customer of this bank since last 25 years and yet while doing an overseas transaction, he had forgotten to get a copy of a document..so he requested the teller if it was possible to get it from them(we all know there's a printer and scanner present in every bank branch and my dad's age is above 50).The teller asked him to go out and get a scanned copy of original documents from a nearby shop.
I feel the bank can provide atleast this much service to an old customer.
