He has always been helpful, right from taking the loan, solving queries (sometimes on WhatsApp when I was aboard), explaining interest rate change based on CRR changes and loan closure. In future, if I would need home loan, I will definitely approach Vishal who is gem of a person

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't want to give even one star. Worst experience ever. Branch manager is using abusive language to even ladies. I think he is specially trained to insult the customer. I have taken home loan in Dec 2020. Since then having pathetic experience. Very rude staff including security guards. They don't even allow you to get into the branch many times. If we manage to enter, everyone seems so busy that, they will not attend you on time and never give solution to your problem. When asked for manager to give input on issue, he just abuses the person by saying I don't have time to address the issue. No any protocol to reach out to the solution. I have gone through all Google reviews and not surprised to know that the branch manager is really having behavioural issues. But it's sad that inspite of so many complaints, no action is taken or no any improvements seen.
