★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad choice to take Home loan. While clearing HOME loan also they make us to pay Rs35,451 extra saying that according to their policy. Then only i understood they have their own money looting policies intact and these policies they won't tell u until they trapped us to pay. If they told me When I took the outstanding letter I would have waited for 6months and transfer my loan, by knowing this the branch manger or any staff member didn't mention about these 35K extra charges and even in outstanding letter they were not mentioned. When I went to clear the loan then only they are mentioning about these charges and generated new outstanding letter. According to their policy the customer have to pay minimum 3yrs emi @10.85 ROI home loan which is personal loan ROI in other banks and we should not clear the loan within 3yrs. I paid 2.5 yrs and since I am leaving 6months before, they added extra Rs35,451 to the outstanding loan amount of 15Lac. Even branch manager played his part by not mentioning about this charges until last minute. When I went to branch with cheque prepared by another bank then only he is mentioning so that we are out of options and we have to pay extra 35k for no reason. Since only 6months are remaining I asked them for some waiveoff, they didn't give any waive off also because they are getting 35K for free. Even I asked manager if i clear the loan from my own funds can these charges be waived off he said no to that also.First their relationship manager took 33k saying that I will apply loan in another bank also for safe side way back in 2019 and he didn't return them after getting loan in this bank and then the bank charged high home loan ROI i.e., 10.85 which is personal loan ROI and while leaving also they didn't let us leave without taking 35,451 extra money. Finally I changed my loan to other good bank and I feel relieved from the mental torture they put me in for all these 2.5 yrs. Even their relationship manager took all the documents copies last year saying that I will transfer your loan to other bank, i want to give hime a chance but yet again he showed his true nature, from there he didn't respond neither to my calls nor to my father calls one year completed then I approached other bank and applied in other bank they transferred it within a month.
