★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor quality employees or exeecutives are sittung in Janak puri office. Only to mis guide and to irritate the cusrtmor. I personnally vissited 3 times for my matured HDFC policy and after 12. 13 days now no refund transferred to my account. And custimer care says every time that they are forwording the request. But the result is no amont transferred till date

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience after opting HDFC life policy.you feel cheated. No one to guide you. HDFC employee sale policy with lots of misguided information. You really don't know whom to trust. I am getting regular phone from HDFC life officer to link my existing policy with a new guaranteed return policy. But coustomer care tells me that nothing of such schemes exist. Lot of cheaters roaming around but no office to give correct information.
