About PNB MetLife India Insurance Company Limited
If the Life Assured’s death is due to suicide within twelve months from the date of commencement of risk or from the Date of Revival of the Policy as applicable, the Nominee or beneficiary of the Policyholder shall be entitled to 80% of the total Premium paid till the date of death under the Policy death or Surrender Value available as on the date of death, whichever is higher, provided the Policy is in Inforce status. We shall not be liable to pay any interest on this amount.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't think so i should even give a single star to PNBMet Life. somebody called me and said I could get a loan against a policy and that guy including his team disappeared after selling me PNB Met life policy. I just bought the policy to get loan which i never got. PNB Met life is not even returning my 30K. I would suggest not to trust them and don't by any policy from them. Also, don't trust any calls like i got.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company with really bad staff.. I despise them to the core. I have blocked my money in 2009 and I am still struggling with them. I only wish I knew these traitors before... NEVER buy their policies if you want to sleep peacefully, this is my honest advice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was treated well by staff. But, my problem was not resolved to my satisfaction since I was made to.talk to someone whom I could not see personally. I am 75 + it could be better if some official would have satisfied me personally instead of talking on phone. I for a moment thought if I was not in a public utility service but some Govt Intelligence office where u don't know with whom u r speaking. Pl treat this as my suggestion and not complaint.
