★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have very bad experience with this bank.I took a housing loan from them. The worst thing is this when NHB reduced the interest rate they are not reducing automatically as other bank do.
They need the letter from the customer to reduce, otherwise they charge continue as going on.
The NHB should monitor this type of banks why they are doing like this. If any customer didn't give letter they not reduce the interest rate even NHB have been changed. For new customers the interest rate is different they take low interest rate,but with the old customers they charge high...why...?. The interest rate should be same for all as according to the current time.
From all aspects they want maximum earnings by hook or by crook. Others banks not doing like this. This is very shameful for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have very bad experience with them.They never respond to your queries.They will charge you exorbitantly.My experience with all other banks are much better.Never ever go to pnb housing for loan purpose

Always look for nationalised Banks never go for PNBHFL worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They only know how to make money from customer, after giving continue EMI and even one ROI change done in 2019, now they have again demanded 7000/ extra as up front fee, and moreover no one knows how this upfront fee can be changed after 5 years, if it applicable must be charged at the time of loan approved or during the time of ROI change in 2019.
No positive response, you have to visit them again and again but don't expact for solution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bunch of crooks. Only motive to loot our hard earned money. Entire staff (except Mr. Tiwari - he was quite humble) and so called branch manager named Gaurav are highly irresponsible. If try to go for balance transfer then customer is treated like an enemy. Branch manager Gaurav created a situation and my balance transfer was delayed by one month. Anyhow, I am out of that trap now. Just an advise, please be careful and stay away from them!!!!!!!!!!!

I have never taken any loan from them still they have added that in my cibil and now they are requesting loan from me and not closing my loan application even though I have taken loan from somewhere else.
