★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly pathetic service. They're very proactive when it comes to selling new policy or getting premiums from customers. Once policy is issued, you've to make multiple trips to their office for even simple requests like address change or nominee change. Their guys in customer care seem to be illiterate and incapable of following simple instructions. I requested for address and nominee change and signed and submitted required documents at their office, yet after 3 weeks nothing was changed. Similarly when I requested for address change of my beneficiary, they changed my address instead! Only after I complained publicly on Twitter, they processed the request correctly. Would not recommend HDFC LIFE to anyone! If I have to run to them so many times for simple requests while I am alive, God knows what my beneficiary will have to go through if I am dead! Save yourselves from this headache and look elsewhere. BEWARE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small work or big claim it takes very longer than usual.waitng period is more than 1.5hour. Good palce but this think making it worsen. My review was totally on my being feeling hectic to wait for a 2min enquiry. One have to wait for 1.5hour to get information of 2min.The management should do something.
See..i have given this review more than a year ago..and now you have replied after 1.5 years don't you guys this is a self explanatory to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service experience was good. But the pricedure for maturity processing is very slow and lot of unnecessary procedures involved. The staff is very courteous and welcoming. So 4 stars to them. 1 star deducted for the HDFC Life service team which works online on email or through login account. Moreover they don't have hotline number or customer care number to talk to.
