Claim settlement from their side has been good when I had switched over from Royal Sundaram whose servvices I didn't like. Hope my association with them will be longer due to their continued support as one of India's leading private insurance company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty bad experience. The office phone number is dead since last 11 months. Bank people have their chamber next to it. But no one pays a Damm interest to do the servicing of the Telephone. There is no staff available. I had wait for 45 mins. Poor service.
