This is a completely fraud bank...don't take loans ,Don't take any service from this bank.
Through a phone call they approve all documents for credit card but after visiting more than 10 times to the they r unable to cancel a simple credit card...no 1 fraud bank ....
By the name of health insurance without taking any service u have to pay all the amount for insurance.
The manager behavior to wards customers is very bad ...here the employees are so much of showing up nature to customers,..maximum time they are ignoring the customers ....overall not a good bank ...clarity is not there ...no 1 fraud bank ..don't take any service from this bank..I m giving one star rating ...but it is deserve zero rating ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally unprofessional and rude attitude of bank staffs. I went for a simple bank transaction and waited 15 min for the staff to come. After asking security to call the staff I was asked to wait for another 20 min. And all this because the staffs were having tea party at 11:30 am. Bunch of fraudsters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bank is a private bank having the head Office in Madhya Pradesh. This bank offers a good interest in savings account. Apart from that this bank offers a lot more flexibility in transactions. The cards (debit are credit) they offer are really good and has good offers in them.
This bank has a signature card and world safari credit card which allows to spend in USD or any other Cross currency without any markup fees i.e 0.
The staffs are helpful. My experience as a user is good.
