β β β β β The worst library in Bhubaneswar.You can also tell the fraudest library. Students are listening music loudly, talking with each other like a normal public place and the worst thing is the authorities are not even responding after knowing this. Instead they are telling, if you want to leave the place then leave without paying the security money which I had paid at the time of admission..

β β β β β I was a member of this library and left it because of its poor services and also failing to resolve them. Starting from toilet hygiene, it's not cleaned regularly, leaving behind foul and horrible smell. The rooms, cabins, common areas, discussion rooms and trash bins are not cleaned at all for days.
I tried to complain about these issues to the library management here and also to the customer support multiple times but no resolutions have been made.

β β β β β Price is way too expensive than other libraries near by. They are charging somewhat around 800βΉ-1000βΉ extra for the same facility that other libraries are providing.

β β β β β a good reading room. planning to take the subscription. will update the experience after using their service. visited it today. everything looks good except the fear of covid 19. not sure how strict they are with the norms they have mentioned. will update soon
UPDATE:
My experience was very good reading inside it but They have started charging extra for wifi now.
For BBSR the rates are a bit high compared to other cities.
I have stopped going there as this place is far from my house

β β β β β Very high price...pay structure is worst...they have made online payment with the worst kind of website designing. I felt like as if i am not applying for a library rather for Oxford University... what's the point in using online methods to get entrance to a library I couldn't understand.. anyway it has made a very simple process a complected one and not student friendly as u can't question their rules on ur money...

Security ( refundable) - 1000
Half day -1200
Full day - 1800
If u want to join atlest first month fee is 3300, where as other library offers in 1500(AC library) with registration fee.
