★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Click2Invest Fund below par performance - Returns <2.5% at the end of 5 years. Earlier also during the 2008-2010 period, I have burnt my fingers - they were charging 20-25% upfront of the premium amount in the first 2 years- so there is no chance of the Fund ever giving good yields after the maturity period of 5 years. This is how HDFC has been making and declaring profits YOY. Their Banking Security system are excellent but any other producy for expecting good yields, No Way.
2.When I went to submit the documents for surrender on maturity at their DP Office, Pune , the concerned person saw all the documents and showed satisfaction of the completeness. Inspite of this , was made to wait for over 1 hour to ' Officially' Submit the documents at the counter. No value addition.
3. Now let's see how long they take to process the proceeds for credit against maturity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible Service, No one seems to be able to help.All they say is Cant help you.. Even the managers were replaced.. This HDFC Life office is a joke. Hard earned money Members should stay away from A place like this.
You'll never see your Money. All they'll say is send a mail.
Even the fraudulent
[email protected] email address won't help cause there's never a response.The only way out is Legal Action.Nothing left for me to do.
So sad.. Never expected this from your organization.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never Take a Policy from HDFC LIFE they will cheat you . Here is my experience with them. In Aug 2020 i requested to surrender my policy , and they said it takes 15 days to surrender your policy(customer service said sir 15 days money will be in your account) , but now for me it has been 2 months and still they have not given me my surrender value.(which to be precise is 0.25%return every year. FD is giving 5%return minimum). After 1 month of my request to surrender they mail me saying they need a name declaration and this is because im continuously calling them, they did not respond on their own. They cheat their investors with false information asking them to wait for 15 days , 9 days etc in my case now it has been 60 days of waiting. They just want to keep delaying when it comes to giving money to their investors and the rate of return is extremely low. They ask you to mail at [email protected]. It is useless they reply will always reply after 48 hrs and they will always ask for time (i have all my email conversations always asking 15 days , 9 days now latest mail they asked me to wait for 12 working days). If you call their customer service they say your request is on priority(fooling you) , they don't know the meaning of priority, their priority is to delay as much as possible .I suggest everyone never take policy from HDFC LIFE. No work ethics and poor customer service, No return value for your investment . Those who have their policy just surrender your policy and those who are planning to take it please don't its a wast of your hard earned money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unable to find place at dhole patil road. While taking policy, hdfc bank does procedure right away, for closure they make u run around. Harassment.
Harassment still continues. Now got a mail asking me for details. It sends me to site and asks me to register and goes back and forth asking me to when I try to... It says already registered. Pathetic harassment. Phone numbers that go on voice mail and relatibonship bankers who give u excuses. Please close my account ASAP.
