★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased home loan secure policy from them. However they are not processing the claim though I have provided all the docs. Team is asking the same query 20 times, they do not check your email, even if you submit everything. They still say its not submitted. I have raised a grievance against them with govt. agency. Stay away from them, they are not genuine.

Always had an bad experience with icici banking too

I've not applied for any claim so can't comment about that but the overall experience has been really good. Hats off guys.
