Am a policy holder whose policy has matured and there has been no effort or help from anyone to help me get the maturity value of my MATURED POLICIES. Have sent emails, approached hdfc bank HÖME branch from policy was issued, request hdfc life person stationed in HÖME branch, no one helps just keep procrastinating..../ seriously for a company of the stature of HDFC, it’s most disappointing. Will never recommend anyone to invest in hdfc life or its products. 10 yrs my account was debut automatically. Now at the time of maturity no one is willing to help nor even share contact details of person whom one can contact to help get my invested money back. HELP PLS.

Whenever u visit this branch you must have two hours time to wait to come for ur turn....I am a regular insurance policy holder of HDFC...but after seeing the service of this branch, I am worried how and why I should maintain those policies.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pathetic Fraudulently made service. Pooja gupta and narendra came to my door. Explained the rate of interest benefits. I asked is there any charges levied she said me no ma'am Nothing on 1 lac you rather get a huge interest. She took a signature on plan but she did not utter , explained or took sign on breakup. When I recieved a policy hard copy I got shocked. I asked narendra you guys didn't explain me the deductions. He started reluctant to his words, meiny batay hai batya hai bataya hai and raised his voice like it is his money and I asked refund my 1 lac . They both pooja gupta n narendra said we will give 1 lac whole back in refund apko pura milega. I spoke to nitin their so called boss he said only 650 stamp will be deducted rest will be refunded you please visit our office. This is called a cheap professionalism. Right from subordinates to manager all are culprits. They hve now said you will get less then 89,000. Hdfc life cheating a customer you will get one time money but the brand reputation you thrown to bin.ipaid on 28th Feb and withdrawal request on 7th Feb technically it is less than 15 days even. I should get whole1 lac but ihave been said fraudulently that you will get deductions. This is hdfc own policy. Please studythat. Shme on you guys shame on false commitment you make.I curse your company to shut down soon because of such stupid people working there
