★ ★ ★ ★ ★ C.K. Narang shipped my bicycle from New Dehli, India to Zurich Switzerland. I payed him 330 us dollars and he told me that this price includes all cost (including taxes) from India to Switzerland and it will take 30 days. I handed my package over to Mr. Narang at the 12.25.2019 and received it at the 3.18.2020 this is slightly more than 30 days. But in Zurich I should pay another 570 us dollar to receive the package, 250 usd are charches from the port in Rotterdam. The Swiss cargo company adviced me to not acecept the cargo. This is what I did so I don't have to pay the bill from 570 usd. The cargo will go back to India and Mr. Narang has to pay all the charges. Luckily my bicycle is not that expensive and very used and not in a good shape any moore.
It was a complete desaster to work with Mr. Narang.
