★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had purchased an plan from HDFC Life Insurance Co through distance marketing but due to some unknown reasons said policy was booked under agent code and because of the same I was not able to cancel the policy under free look period.
Now I am not able to cancel the policy as paid premium will not be refunded back.
Stop fooling people, Pls do not buy any HDFC Life Insurance product...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The branch only is soliciting new policy holders to get commission, i have been running around for months to get my policy refund. The services are pathetic , loaded with ulterior motives to get commission . the staff needs to be changed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In this office only fraud . Plz anyone not purchase the policy from this place. I purchased a policy in Dec 19 but in July 20 I can not received my document and nor given money. Staff have very bad manners. When I purchase my policy ,Abhishek told me that we gave u life insurance , mediclaim 05 persons, bonus etc.etc.but not given anything till July. If you call not pick the phone.
So all r u requested plz not purchase policy from this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have three policies of HDFC Life. While convincing me to go into the policies, HDFC Life staff went all the way out to woo me. But once I entered into the policies, none of the staff is ready to help me out, leave alone even taking calls, The professionalism of the Customer Support is poor. They are not even aware of the provisions contained in the Policy Document. Each reply come back with poor English, their own version of a rule. and delayed replies. At this juncture even Govt owned Insurance companies are more responsive. If their offices can work inspite of Covid restrictions, what is wrong with HDFC Life. Are you'll made of some delicate stuff. Don your masks, sanitise your offices and start manning the offices even with restricted staff.

Very bad experience with HDFC life. I got call from this branch employee, he misled me and sold one policy 22526461. He told my money is safe as I am paying to HDFC and anytime I can cancel within 90 days. Policy he sold was totally different then explained.
I had call recordings with that I made complaint to [email protected] , since then no response. Customer care on call says we will reply in next day or two. But noone responded
till now on that interaction id. I have tried multiple times.
Some xyz called saying I am from cancellation department and you will get your money. But already 1 month gone for that, he is not picking call. Now I am struggling to get my own money.
Will not recommend any one to trust anyone of HDFC life.
I can share name and contact numbers of persons who were involved in this cheat.
