★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst managed system and members.. They don't have customer service etiquette or SOP . Their system of operation is asking us to wait for 90 mins to attend you. Even after 90 mins i was attended and again the agent switch to some other customer work.....Sorry to say that you need to have SOP to attend customer and a customer cannot wait so long to get your attention........

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero level customer support. You can just write email and in reply you will get auto generated email. And for resolution of your query you will wait forever. I have tried every possible channels they mentioned but no help at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tired of writing emails, attending their customer calls. Calling on their paid customer care number and totally unprofessional behaviour at the branch, as the executive lied on my face that request has been placed.
Will highly recommend never to take a policy from HDFC life.
